A Continuation of Lemon
I made a Lemon (been loving lemon recently) Thyme Quickbread, (recipe courtesy of this blog if you do make it, I would suggest leaving out the lemon extract-which makes it taste unnatural, and upping the fresh-squeezed lemon juice). At any rate, it was extremely moist and delicious. Here it is still in the pan:

too bad about the extract! didn't have that happen when I used mine, neither did the others who tried it. this is odd...
anyway, glad you liked it!
Yeah, I even used the fancy organic lemon extract stuff, and it definitely had a "taste", but definitely still a delicious recipe! Thanks for posting it.
